Refund Policy

Ravelation Pty Ltd (ACN 609 809 707) Effective 19 August 2026 | Version 1.0

1. Who handles refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller  Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, your purchase contract is with Paddle and refunds are processed by Paddle under Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

This policy explains how that works and what your rights are. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. The 14-day cancellation right

Paddle gives buyers of digital content and services an  unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund, provided the request is made within 14 days of the transaction date.

You do not need to give a reason.

3. Beyond the 14-day window

After 14 days, refund requests are assessed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may approve a full refund, approve a partial refund, or decline the request.

We will support a refund request outside the 14-day window where the Service has not worked as described, where you were charged in error, or where a renewal was charged after you had cancelled. Contact us at [email protected] and we will take it up with Paddle on your behalf.

4. How to request a refund

You can request a refund from Paddle by:

  • using the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction confirmation email;
  • using the support link on your Paddle receipt or billing page; or
  • visiting Paddle’s refund request page.

You can also contact us first at  [email protected] and we will help you through the process.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method where possible, and are processed within 14 days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the funds.

6. Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no refund is issued for that period unless you are entitled to one under this policy or under law.

A refund returns money already charged.

You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal.

7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in it should be read as doing so.

If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Among other things:

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • You are entitled to have goods or services remedied  if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply regardless of the 5-day window in section 2, and regardless of any refund decision made by Paddle. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, contact us directly at [email protected] and we will deal with it ourselves rather than referring you to Paddle.

More information is available from the ACCC at  accc.gov.au.

8. Rights in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases of digital content and services.

Where you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal on supply, that right may not apply. Paddle manages this consent at checkout.

These rights are additional to, and are not limited by, this policy.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us or Paddle before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster. Raising a chargeback may result in suspension of your account while it is investigated.
